Hello, thanks for your report. In response to the screenshots you've posted, Hancengiz's behaviour towards the username does not infringe any of the staff guidelines. The person in question was not Turkish and while there is nothing wrong with having the username "Turk", in the wrong context this could be used to be bigoted. As for the ban, I know that in fact it was a kick, and one which had not been done by Hancengiz, however, being kicked from the FTA Discord is a standard reaction when you are flaming and insulting on it.
http://prntscr.com/gx4md7 - in this, as far as I saw while it was happening he was not in-game to mute these people, so directions were given in the staff chat and that was all.
In regards to your other screenshots, there was indeed an issue with not giving warnings before mutes. This has since been corrected. Thread has been locked.
