Actually, we just ask players to contact us by PM. 😁 The reason for this is that we don't want players to expose their info anywhere in order to protect privacy, and the ability to reset passwords manually is only limited to Head Staff, in an effort to limit account scams. Thanks for the suggestion though! 🍑
