My suggest is  adding a board for "Account Management"

Retrieval  the password or the money of  an account

*.* Adding a  new panel for a new team will be created .It can be named  Account Management Team (AMT)

The  player who needs help from this team will create a topic in their board in order to get his account / money back. He should provide some information about his account .for example (The last job.-.The last time he logged in the server ._. The last password or a password close from the original one /The money that he has in the account.-.The last nick name he used ._. The account playtime ._.Telling what happened to lose the money or forgot the password .In addition,  main  info (UserName-Serial-Country-E-mail Address-Referral account [can be none] )  and more information the staff team decides.   
#The team members should be moderators in this board ,so they  can delete  useless topics / lock topics . The team should consist of a lot of players  that they are able to speak different languages.
AMTIt`ll provide some tasks for players. The help will be given to the players who need .This team will help the staff team.it is known that they are busy all the time .It will give them the time to think in other things in order to develop the server .Things more important than wasting some of their in asking the player to make sure the account belongs to him .The forum will be probably active.

Actually, we just ask players to contact us by PM. 😁 The reason for this is that we don't want players to expose their info anywhere in order to protect privacy, and the ability to reset passwords manually is only limited to Head Staff, in an effort to limit account scams.
