We choose democratically between us (the staff team) when we see someone is doing good jobs, supporting the server and its players, being loyal and helpful to others etc. I think time's gonna tell that and until then, nobody should ask being a moderator or an authorized player in FTA as it comes annoying and impatient due to several asking.
